Director’s Letter

We enter a new year full of optimism and confidence in our ability to continue to grow our company and deliver strong financial results. After its incorporation in Aug 2003 and business started in 2004, with share capital of mere one Lac; in a Sort span of three years the company turnover has crossed the Crore marks in 2007 and growth continued. In the initial days, projects were concentrated, mostly in and around NCR. We are now working all over north India. Apart from being Consultant in Rastrapati Bhawan, various tourism departments and State Urban Development Departments, Development-projects are spread all over the north India.

 2009 has seen a splendid growth in Bihar and Jharkhand. It started with beautification of whole city of Bokaro on the eve of Prime Minister’s Visit. We planned biggest park in Patna i.e ECO park, various City beautification projects. This year also saw the inauguration of our planned park in Dhanbad as Birsa Munda Park. SGPL has also signed an agreement with Bihar Urban Development Department for making and running various parks in Bihar. Our executed project on modern farming of floriculture in Green Houses has been highly appreciated in both the states. Presently we are conceptualizing on a completely integrated poultry project with advance uses of technology in our company land in Giridih, here We have also planted Grafted mangoes in seven acres. Our further diversification in the field of education will come in the mid-end of 2010.
