#. A.M.C (Annual Maintenance Contracts)
(Garden, Horticulture, Plantation, Nursery, Green House, Waterfalls, Fountains etc.)
Sansar Greentech Maintains the Complete Garden along with Indoor & Outdoor Plants on Contract Basis. *Gardeners will visit the Garden on Daily, Alternate days or Weekly, As per Size and Requirement of the Garden. *Sansar Greentech take care of Potted Plants, Grass & Plants Trimming, Seasonal Flowers, Shapes Plants, Green House, Soil, Manure Regular Coloring of Pots, Designing of Hedges, Trimming Of Hedges, Color selection of Landscaping, Terrace Garden Maintenance and other Specific Requirements. We also do Take Care of the Water Bodies Like Fountains, Waterfalls, Ponds etc, Installed in the Premises.
We also Provide Seasonal Flowers, Greeneries as per Requirement.

#. Plants On Monthly Rental Basis: -
It includes Potted Indoor and Outdoor Plants. Indoor plants are in 8", 10", 12" (Inches) Pot with Plastic Base to avoid spilling of Water. Some of the Plants are Araucaria, Erica Palm, Rebis Palm, Sangomonium, Drawsenia. Jarvera, Floro tuntun lal, karoro tuntun lal, Money Plant, Saplera, Victoria, Son of India, Croton, Dercasin Etc… Outdoor plants are in Cemented Pots in 10", 12", 14", 16", 18" & 20" (Inches) Pots. Some of the plants are Euphoria, China Palm, Servalis Palm, Bottle Palm, Fichus Panda, Fichus Benjamin, Chandani, Cycus Palm, Lolena, Uca Cactus, Jamia palm, Alpenia, Bonsai Plants, Alstonia, China Orange, Peacock Feather, Hamelia, Pine, Bottle Brush Etc.
Service Charges: - It is between Rs 35 & Rs 190. P.P/P.M up to 150 plants and for more than this it is Further Negotiable. It also includes Watering of Plants, Regular Replacements and Maintenance by our own Gardener. 

Or Simply on Supervision and also on Men-Power Basis
Service Charges: - It depends on the Size, Type and Structure of the Garden and also on the No. of Persons required. We Provide the Best Quality Services and Minimum Reasonable Charges.

# Maintenance of Garden: -
It Depends on Nature and Size of the Garden, It can be on hourly basis or on Men-Power Basis. It can be of 1 hour on alternate days or of few hours per day basis and if Garden is bigger than it can on Men Power basis. Again it can be on complete maintenance with materials like Manure, Replacement of Plants/ Grass, Flower Beds Etc.. Or simply on Men-Power basis. 
Service Charges: - It is between Rs 500 & Rs 2lacs P.M.

Note: Sansar Greentech Provides Systematically Trained, Reliable & Greentech Certified, Dressed Gardener with Identity Card & P. F Numbers (If required by the Client)
